Shipping & Returns

Shipping rates refer to standard parcels within Australia. Parcels that are oversized or very heavy will have additional charges applied, you the customer, will be contacted by phone or email to confirm the amount of any additional charges before processing.

Missing / Damaged Parcels

We take pride in packing our online orders to minimise any damage and ensure a clear address label is attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for how parcels are handled once they leave our store, or if they go missing. However one our courier companies FASTWAY does have its own insurance. Most of our smaller items are sent via Auspost in the form of a pre-paid satchel, all these satchels do contain tracking numbers. If customers have provided the wrong address, and as a result the parcel is required to be despatched again, additional costs will apply. 

Dangerous Goods

Products classified as Dangerous Goods must be sent by a courier registered as dangerous goods, these items may incur a surcharge. Dangerous goods shipments are sent via Road Freight, so please dont choose Express Post when purchasing Dangerous Goods. Examples of Dangerous Goods include aerosol cans and lithium Batteries.

Wrong Items Sent

We have checks in place to ensure you are sent the correct items. However, if by chance a mix up has occurred, please contact us via email or by phone, and we can organise to get the correct items to you. We will request you to send back the incorrectly shipped items, so if you hang on to the original shipping packaging, it will make it quicker and easier. Postage will be paid by us.

Warranty / Faulty (D.O.A)

If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, Dead On Arrival (D.O.A) then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, most distributors have very good warranty terms and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible. We will generally require you to send the product back to us with a copy of your purchase receipt to assess for warranty, but please discuss this with us before sending the items to avoid any confusion. On warranty claims are done on a case by case basis.
